Print & Cut Materials

Acrylic — every colour line, in ⅛″ and ¼″, blank, UV printed, engraved, or vinyl-topped. Wood, foam board, expanded PVC and coroplast are cut in the same shop and quoted by hand while their online lines are built out; stickers and decals have their own ordering path.

Yes. Upload your artwork and the configurator traces its outer outline and shows you the cut line on the piece. The cut follows the outside edge — anything inside the outline stays solid. You can add a border around the outline or pull the cut just inside it before you add it to your cart.

A PNG, JPEG, SVG or WebP. A transparent or flat-colour background gives the cleanest trace — a flat background is knocked out automatically, and busy backgrounds can be removed for you. If the trace isn't right, you'll see it before you buy, and we proof every piece before it's cut.

Acrylic comes in full sheets, so a single piece can run up to 48″ × 96″; UV print covers up to 24″ × 36″ of it. The configurator sells the sizes we cut day to day and routes anything bigger to a quote. Other materials are quoted with their own limits.

Yes. Prices step down at set quantities, and the tier table is shown on every acrylic line so you can see the break before you pick a quantity. The per-piece price updates live as you change the count.

Absolutely. Choose the blank cut finish and we cut the sheet to your exact size and shape — a common order for replacement panels, templates and DIY projects.

No. You can add the piece to your cart with the size, shape and finish set, and send the artwork afterwards. Nothing is cut until you've approved a proof.

UV printing lays full-colour ink directly on the sheet — photos, gradients, and exact brand colours. Engraving works a frosted, etched look into the surface with no ink at all. Which finishes are offered depends on the material and colour you pick.
