What is a DTF Transfer gang sheet?
A gang sheet is one long sheet of DTF Transfer film with all of your designs printed together on it, packed as tightly as they fit. You pay for the sheet space, not for each design — so the tighter the sheet is packed, the less every transfer costs. It arrives as a single sheet: you cut between the designs and press them one at a time. Ours start at $3.15/sq ft, with a $12.00 minimum per sheet.

What size gang sheet should I order?+
You can order any length from 24″ to 60″ on a 22″-wide roll, or one of the ready-made sizes. If you are not sure, just start placing designs — the sheet grows to fit them and the price follows the length you actually use.
How many designs fit on one gang sheet?+
Up to 60 separate placements per sheet, on sheets up to 22 × 60". Copies of the same design count separately, and Auto-Nest packs them into each other's empty space.
Do you cut the designs apart?+
No — a gang sheet arrives as one sheet and you cut between the designs yourself. That is what makes it the cheapest way to buy transfers.
What file should I upload?+
A PNG with a transparent background, ideally 300 DPI at the size you want it printed. The builder shows a resolution badge on every design so you can see before you order whether the artwork holds up at that size.
How fast can I get it?+
Pick your turnaround in the builder — 3-day and 5-day. The price changes with the speed, and you see all of them before you add the sheet to your cart.
