Custom Hoodies & Sweatshirts

Custom hoodies, printed your way.

Custom hoodies are heavyweight fleece pullovers, zip-ups, and crewnecks printed with your logo or artwork. They're the go-to for teams, staff, schools, and merch drops because they're warm, durable, and read as premium. We print them in-house with no setup fees and a typical 6-business-day turnaround.

Why custom hoodies work

A custom hoodie is one of the most-worn pieces you can put a brand on. Fleece is warm, forgiving to print, and holds up wash after wash, so a good hoodie keeps a logo in circulation for years — at games, on campus, around the shop, and out in town. That everyday wear is exactly why teams, small businesses, and event organizers reach for them.

Three choices shape the result: the weight and fabric, the style (pullover, zip-up, or crewneck), and the print method. The sections below walk through each so you can land on the right combination — and every order is printed in-house here in Coatesville, PA.

How custom hoodies are printed

Two methods cover almost every hoodie order: screen printing for bulk runs of bold, simple designs, and DTF (direct-to-film) for full-color or photo-detailed art with no minimum. Dye sublimation is a niche third option for all-over prints on light polyester. Here's how they compare on fleece.

Permanent, no hand-feel; polyester only

You'll also hear about direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which sprays ink directly into cotton fibers. It's a real technology, but it's built for high-cotton tees and struggles on the poly-blend fleece most hoodies are made from. We don't run DTG — for the same full-color, photo-detailed look on a hoodie we use DTF, which bonds reliably to fleece and blended fabrics. Not sure which method fits? Send us your design and quantity and we'll recommend the best one.

Choosing the right hoodie

Match the blank to how it'll be worn. For events and bulk merch on a budget, a heavy 50/50 blend is the standard; for a softer, more retail feel, step up to midweight or premium fleece; for a vintage look, go garment-dyed. Weight and style matter as much as the print.

Pick a weight & fabric

The 50/50 Gildan 18500 is the 8 oz. budget workhorse — smooth to print with a huge color range. Midweight ringspun fleece like the Independent Trading SS4500 feels softer and more retail, premium sponge fleece such as the Bella+Canvas 3719 is the plushest, and a garment-dyed hoodie like the Comfort Colors 1567 gives that lived-in, vintage look. Compare heavyweight and lightweight styles.

Pick a style

Choose the silhouette — pullover hoodies, zip-up hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, or quarter-zip pullovers — then shop by who's wearing it: men's, women's, unisex, or kids.

FAQ

Custom hoodie FAQs

Is there a minimum order for custom hoodies?

It depends on the method. With DTF you can print a single hoodie, while screen printing usually starts around 24 pieces for the best per-piece price. Tell us your quantity and we'll point you to the right method.

What weight or fabric should I choose?

A 50/50 heavy blend like the Gildan 18500 is the budget standard for events and bulk merch. Midweight ringspun fleece feels softer and more retail, premium sponge fleece is the plushest, and garment-dyed fleece gives a broken-in, vintage look. Not sure? We'll recommend the right blank for your project.

Pullover, zip-up, or crewneck?

Pullovers are the classic, warmest option and the most economical; full-zip hoodies are easy on and off and layer well; crewneck sweatshirts give a cleaner, hoodless look; and quarter-zips read a bit more polished for staff and teams. We'll help you match the style to your use.

How much do custom hoodies cost?

Pricing depends on order size, the blank, and the print method. Larger orders lower the per-piece cost, and setup is always included — no surprise fees. Request a free quote for an exact price.

Can I bring my own hoodies?

Yes — we can print on blanks you provide, though it's best to check compatibility with your chosen print method first. Just ask and we'll confirm before you order.

How fast can I get my hoodies?

Standard orders are processed in 6 business days or less, and many items ship in just 1–2 days. Rush service is often available when you have a tight deadline.

Which printing method is best for hoodies?

Screen printing is best for large orders with simple, bold designs; DTF works great for full-color, detailed, or small-batch jobs and sits well on fleece. We'll match the method to your artwork and quantity.
