Materials matter

What Goes on Your Vehicle

A wrap is only as good as the film it's printed on. We use the two material systems professional installers ask for by name — and we'll tell you exactly what's going on your truck.

Premium Cast Vinyl — Avery Dennison & 3M

Printed graphics go on Avery Dennison MPI 1105 or 3M IJ180Cv3 cast wrap film. Cast vinyl hugs curves, rivets, and recessed channels without lifting or snapping back — the difference between a wrap that stays tight for years and one that peels at the edges.

Every Print Gets Laminated

Each printed wrap is finished with a matching overlaminate — Avery DOL 1360Z or 3M 8518, in gloss, lustre, or matte. The laminate shields your graphics from sun, stone chips, road grime, and power washing.

Bubble-Free by Design

Both films use air-egress adhesive that lets trapped air escape during installation and stays repositionable until it's pressed down — so panels go on smooth, without bubbles or wrinkles.

Cut Vinyl for Solid Colors

For lettering and solid-color logos, we skip the printer entirely and contour-cut premium colored films like Avery SWF and 3M 2080. Richer color, cleaner edges, and a lower cost than printing solids.

Our process

How We Build a Wrap That Lasts

Most wrap failures trace back to shortcuts in production, not installation. Here's the sequence we never rush.

1. Print

Your graphics print full-color on our 8-color wide-format printer, color-profiled to the exact film we're using — smooth gradients, sharp detail, and true-to-life color, right down to skin tones.

2. Cure

Prints rest 24–48 hours so ink solvents fully evaporate. Laminating too soon traps them — the most common cause of wraps that fail early.

3. Laminate

The cured print gets its protective overlaminate in your choice of gloss, lustre, or matte.

4. Contour Cut

Panels are precision-cut to your vehicle's dimensions, labeled, and ready for clean installation.
