Custom Kids & Youth — Page 3

It depends on the method. With DTF you can print a single youth tee or hoodie, while screen printing usually starts around 24 pieces for the best per-piece price. Tell us your quantity and we'll point you to the right method.

For durability and value on team or school bulk orders, a heavyweight cotton tee holds up to constant washing. For all-day softness on sensitive skin, choose a ringspun or fine-jersey tee, and for cold weather a fleece hoodie keeps kids warm and comfortable.

Most of our youth blanks run from toddler sizes up through youth XL, so you can dress a whole class, team, or camp group from one order. If you need a specific size range, tell us and we'll confirm what each blank offers.

Softstyle and fine-jersey youth tees like the Gildan 64000B and Next Level 3310 have the softest hand feel, and the LAT 2296 youth fleece hoodie is the coziest layer. If softness is your priority, we'll steer you toward those blanks.

Pricing depends on the blank, quantity, print method, and number of colors, and bulk orders lower the per-piece cost. Setup is included in your quote, so request a free quote and we'll send exact pricing for your order.
