Custom Hats & Caps — Page 7

It depends on the method. With DTF transfers you can order a single hat, while screen printing usually starts around 24 pieces for the best per-piece price. Tell us your quantity and we'll point you to the right method.

We decorate caps with heat and ink rather than thread. DTF transfers press full-color, detailed art onto most cap fabrics, screen printing lays down bold logos on flat structured fronts, and heat-applied transfers or patches add a premium, dimensional finish. We'll match the method to your art and your blank.

Structured caps have a stiff, foam-backed front that stands tall and gives artwork a flat, even canvas, which is ideal for crisp logos. Unstructured and dad hats sit softer and lower for a relaxed, broken-in look. Pick structure for a clean logo billboard, unstructured for casual everyday wear.

Adjustable caps use a snapback, slide, or closure to fit nearly every head, which makes them the safe choice for teams, events, and giveaways. Fitted caps stretch to hug one size range for a sleeker, closure-free silhouette. If you're covering a mixed group, go adjustable.

Pricing depends on the blank you choose, your quantity, and the decoration method, and ordering in bulk lowers your per-piece cost. Setup is included in your quote with no surprise fees. Request a free quote and we'll give you exact pricing for your run.

Yes, you're welcome to send in your own blanks. Just check with us on method compatibility first, since some fabrics, panel structures, and finishes decorate better than others. We'll confirm your hats will hold a clean print before you ship them over.

Standard turnaround runs about six business days after art approval, and many items ship within one to two days. Rush production is often available when you're on a deadline — just tell us your in-hands date and we'll let you know what's possible.
