Pick the structure & fit

Start with how the hat holds its shape. Pick the print method

Caps aren't stitched here — we decorate them with heat and ink. Screen printing is the most economical route for bulk runs of simple, bold logos on flat structured fronts. DTF (direct-to-film) transfers handle full-color, detailed artwork with no minimum and press cleanly onto most cap fabrics, including trucker foam and knit beanies.
